In 2017, Dr. Anhlan left the corporate world to dedicate her time to serve the non-profits and she started a new journey to become a professional life coach focusing on emotional intelligence and coaching transformation. In August 2018, she established the social enterprise Lyceum – Life Skills and Professional Development for Success to provide coaching, training, speaking and consulting services to serve other people to achieve their highest potential in life. In 2019 she became a well sought speaker for the topic of Emotional Intelligence and how to use it to live a healthier, happier and more productive life.
