The non-profit has grown tremendously in the past 14 years, with online program reaching out to 144 countries and establish an online library of translated books on the work of great western philosophers such as Plato, Aristotle, JJ Rouseau, John Lockes, Thomas Pain, to name a few. She served as the Development Director to raise funds for the non-profit annual campaign in the past 14 years, and in 2017, she stopped working in the corporate world to fully dedicate to ICEVN work as the Director of Development and Marketing. She also started a social enterprise under the umbrella of ICEVN called “Lyceum – Life Skills and Professional Development for Success” to provide training, speaking, coaching services to serve the global communities on personal development and emotional intelligence development. She started a series of online classes to teach the framework of GRACE (Gratitude – Respect – Accountability – Courage – Engagement) to students and help them to transform their lives.

As of 2019, ICEVN has served more than 3000 students through their civic education online programs and the plan is to double this number in the next five years and expand the program in English language to serve a larger population, North America and around the globe.
